A truck and a lawn mower. Santiago brothers started by cutting lawns over the weekends to earn some extra money.

In 1996 they decided to open their maintenance company and call it Santiago brothers. In 2001 they decided to expand into the Landscape Installations and formed Santiago Landscape & Maintenance Inc. With an improved plan our service has consistently improved but our work ethic has remained the same.

From installing a patio to completing a whole back yard(designing, retaining walls, water features, fire pits, sod and sprinklers, planting, and ground cover), we can complete it all with out subcontracting the work.

Our reputation is important, as long as we deliver what the customer requires, our business can continue to develop. Our business is more focused on the individual homeowner; we don’t pursue the bulk work (track work). We work a lot with our customers to ensure their satisfaction, and treat their yards as if they were our own. Most competition in the area can only complete a few items and then have to subcontract the rest of the work because they lack the ability and experience. We have 3 different owners that each knows different aspects of our trade, we can complete a whole back yard quickly, effectively, and consistently.

Hermilo SantiagoField Supervisor
Has a background of 20 years in the construction industry. Started working in Construction companies in San Diego, CA and lawn maintenance with his brothers over the weekends. Moved to Reno, NV and continue to work in construction until he decided to join his brothers in the landscape industry. He specializes in grading, drainage, and landscape maintenance.
Angel Austreberto SantiagoIrrigation specialist
Has a background of over 25 years in the landscape industry. Started working in nurseries in San Diego, Ca and lawn maintenance with his brothers over the weekends. He was the first of the family to move to Reno, NV and continued to work for landscape companies until he decided to open a landscape company with his brothers. Specializes in Irrigation systems, landscaping, and waterfalls.
